Shinryu cannot be since Shinryu is like a Serpent, while bahamut does look alike, but Bahamut is not fire base, Tiamat does bring destruction and all.

The one in the 1.0 original opening movie is Midgarsormr per the description of Mor Dhona in the official website.

Its most likely Bahamut. BUT Shinryu is basically the FF series reset button, in Dissidia they say Shinryu destroys and rebuilds the worlds to restart the cycle.
