What are the plans for the longevity of end game gear pieces? When a player obtains a current best-in-slot piece, how long will it last as such before something better will be added making that piece obsolete? Are there going to be pieces that will be very difficult and slow to obtain but which will last a long time?
Can you describe your vision for the 2.0 end game boss battles? How are you planning to make "classic FF elements" vs. "current MMO standard elements" meet so that the players who are used to either one will feel comfortable? Will the 2.0 end game battles be similar to the 1.0 boss battles, namely Garuda and Van Darnus Hard Mode, in terms of mechanics and difficulty?
I really like this idea. Maybe where people can request items to be crafted if they have the proper materials; much like that of materia meld requests and be able to put a message up regarding synthesis, such as "Please attempt to HQ the item 30% + chance Double Down yes please. Talk to me for bonus if successful in HQ for bonus."
Can you show us some concept art and/or describe some ideas you will be bringing forward from past titles to position this as a fan service title? How will you create a sense of nostalgia?
How will arcanist/summoner play with pets? will it be like FFXI when they cost mp per tick, be a one shot nuke or be free to have by your side and only there moves takes your mp?
Will we be able to interact more with the environment within dungeons and will there be puzzles and hazards we have to solve and traverse in order to progress as opposed to just fighting through hordes of mobs.

This. So much this. I would like to know if there are any plans to implement class-exclusive weapon skills and/or traits that diversifies Classes and Jobs.

Is it possible to have player-created leves as item/material fetch requests where once the materials/items are turned in the payment made from the player's purse/inventory/exp bar?
Especially with experience it would be a way to "use" experience gained at level 50 and have higher-level characters help lower-level ones.
Interesting concept but either they would have make major limits on the exp based on the items created / harvested or not have the exp as an option because they are trying to limit Power Leveing. That would be just another form of it introduced if people could put up for 1 log to be gathered and put 5k exp for turning in.
