many many more minigames needed

one of the things i love about the final fantasy series was all the minigames, yet ffxiv seems to be quite lacking in this department.

so i thought i would start this tread so that people could post any minigames they would like to be implemented.

i would like to see a card game implemented, chocobo raising, chocobr racing and many many more

remember the minigames like jump rope, hippaul racing, mognet, freindly enemies, snow boarding, submarine battles, blitz ball, etc

so post your ideas here

I would like to see something that isnt a retread of a previous game. So no Triple Triad, No Gold Saucer, No Chocobo Hot or Cold. FFXIV deserves something different

I'd like to have a handful or really fun minigames. Some type of card game, some form of chocobo racing, and some type of strategy game would be really neat.

I would love it. And make it mean something to be good at it (OG FFX Blitzball is to easy to be good at, for a MMO) i.e. LS vs. LS tournaments that could give rewards useful in the "real" game of some sort.

A new cardgame that is neither FFVIII or FFIX but something new that would challenge your thinking a bit could be fun and start that collecting obsession I know offline FF games gave me (countless hours getting the best cards in FFVIII, just for the sake of DA BESTESTS CARDZ, not unlikely endgame gear opsession lol.).
It would be ten times the fun winning a good thought out card game over a LS buddy, then and unimportant NPC. While they don't let us players fight and duel with each other for fun, this could be good for those bragging rights.

Yes other systems should be improved on in the game first (Content, New Job system etc.), but some new, fun and rewarding minigame would be a blast in a game that sometime leaves you with not much to do.

a shooting gallery similar to ffxi's sunbreeze fest mini game. I love those mini games. Also something similar to dancer af dance off. goldfish scooping. Heck, I wouldn't mind a ffxiv version of a japanese temple festival. Where we can dress in kimono or yukata and do fun games. Like a shooting gallery, gold fish scooping, the fishing balloon game. stuff like that :3
