Regardless of my personal reasons, your side made a claim and failed to deliver.
That is fine actually, if the refusal was done right at the start instead of asking me to "please wait" for 2+ hours.

There was only me at the end. I logged on at the time agreed on, and waited patiently (2+ hours) until you guys cleared out all your events for the night.

Mind you, those runs are Ifrit Extremes and Garuda, not clearing Nael for "other paying customers". Member requirements first? That's fine too, despite the claim that "services are available".

Then I got a "Sorry, cancelled because the others decided to mess around for the rest of the night" message. It's not even a "Sorry but people are now sleepy and have to log".

Who in the world won't get pissed off at this kind of excuse after 2 hours of waiting?

If I was turned down before the wait, I could have gone on a PUG and at least die trying to clear it and be happy/sad instead of just feeling my time has been wasted.
