Why would you think that? You don't get rested exp when logged on, only when logged off so it doesn't matter.

I'm pretty sure you can chill in your Inn and get rested exp. There is a little buff applied to you when you enter saying you are all relaxed - so much so that I miss the bed and sleep in the fountain.

You do get rested xp while logged on, you just have to be in the inn room. I rarely log out and still get rested xp for just standing in my room.

May I just say thank you for that little tidbit-spoiler. I really like this idea. Also, I'm guessing it's safe to assume that the new private homes we can build will also offer rested EXP?

O.o does this mean we will get sleeping bags as well??? We can't camp out at aetheryte camps without a sleeping bag... We will get a cold.

To be honest the only way it would be convenient is if getting back to your inn room (And then back to wherever you want to be) was more than a few clicks of a button.

Hopefully this may equate to more meaningfull travel? Making being able to rest at the nearest Aetherite actually reasonable...then again I might be expecting too much on that.
