It's really hard for me to take someone seriously that doesn't even play the game.

Yes, i actually do. Do you? Shall we continue to go threw everyone in the thread or you could just read back where i posted when i started 11 and 14.
I thought it said something like you bought it but needed a pc or something.
The casual player should be entitled to gear that they earn, the same as you. This is not 11, this is 14. This is an entirely different game.
So SE was suppose to help the ship sink faster? Before level sync do you know how long it took to get a party? I remember waiting in Jueno for weeks without 1 invite because I wasn't a tank/healer. I also couldn't make a party due to the lack of seeking people in my level range."Abyssea is one of the many ways they are trying to patch a flawed gaming design that was noticed by the world when WoW was released. It was obvious back then that XI would get that treatment."
So your version of a "patch" for a flawed gaming design is to destroy the game.
My concept of a "patch" is to remove flaws and enhance the overall game design. Things like Abyssea, Level Sync, Toning down NM spawn times, making FoV grant xp without a cd. These are the ways SE is trying to patch their broken ship. Since making the original design was not more open for a wider audience and the joining of newbs slowed up a lot since WoW.
However, feel free to discuss how much you enjoy standing in one spot for hours to claim something. I still stand on my point that standing still for hours NOT playing the game is not a great way to present content. I will never understand how anyone gets a rush out of doing that for a 1% chance at something. It's a bunch of unnecessary stepping stones for a piece of gear.

Level sync is the system that made it hard to party and created smn burn parties, it made it easier for awile, but also took 80%+ of every server to lvl75 and you were left behind, abyssea even made smn burns pointless, a great smn burn was maby 40k/hr, abyssea in a crap party is 100k, and this is before the new abyssea zones came out where you could do pages for 5kxp every 2min's.
"This about sums up my feelings."
You mean where you read what you want to read and skip over the responces.
FF11 would have eventually sunk sooner or later like all games will, but casual complaining leading to easy mode updates because even exp'ing was to much work (similer to how casuals complain about surplus now) lead to SE setting the ship on fire, seeming to get us to come to 14, and it worked.
Your endless arguement that its dumb for us to like to camp needs to stop being repeated, we like what we like, some people like sky-diving, or soccer, or swimming, or poker, or w/e the hell anyone wants to do in the world, its does not in anyway or every have to concern you, they could give you a new version of Ein in 11 for HNM gear so you dont have to camp (or something like it).
Though thats not your purpose to have access to the same content/gear you hate the fact that we enjoy what you do not.
