I really be wondering what will be happening in thw last 10 days...

I feel there will be like a Patch 1.23c maintenance during that day while they save the data and then introduce a few new cutsence and some big battle at the end.. Might not even be a quest so there won;t e any new gear or achievements... but I will still be end it to see the cutsence of what is to come and really see our character get pull into the Space of Time being locked away sleeping till the world of Eorzea needs us once more.


Oh man the though of it now just gives me chill bumps.

I really don't care about what I do after the save... As long as I can get that DAMN RAVEN KILLED BEFORE HAND!!! UGH I so need help right now before final save... Keep failing on 3rd phase.

It's meant to be an apocalypse. Death, ruin, despair, panic everywhere.

When people complain about Atomos and his pets being at camps to the point where Square-Enix have to fix it, what chance do we have? Because people can't wait five minutes or so until they can do leves or they want to idle at camps safely. Give me a break.

Yes, it's annoying if they spawn and you die, but set your return at that camp and wait. We have two return points now, there's no excuse. A little thought ahead is all it takes. Same goes for anything potentially dangerous you're doing in Eorzea.

At this point in time, it's meant to be a dangerous world, hanging on the edge of ruin. There should be tension and peril everywhere but I'm just not feeling it. That's partly due to the players themselves, on these forums and in the game, and it's also down to the low amount of immersion put in place by Square-Enix.

To everyone being negative: You need to get out of this depressing mentality of putting a downer on every single thing in this game. I'm so tired of seeing it. The apathy is just as bad. We need to be positive and look forward to FFXIV: ARR, try to keep morale high and expect they will follow through on what they promise. Give them this last chance at least, and then they can live or die by it.

Leo is on the money.

There will undoubtedly be some story. Louix has already asked us to become the beacon that summons forth the Twelve, which was the whole reason we went on that pilgrimage in the first place. The newspapers are foreboding the companies assembling for a final confrontation. And if the trailer is to be believed, our story doesn't end until we are sent to a place beyond time to keep us safe. I believe THAT is where the 1.0 story will end.

We also are yet to acquire our "marking" that shows we survived the umbral era.

Probably because Yoshi has expressly stated that he's keeping 2.0 spoilers under wraps because the 1.0 story hasn't concluded yet.

Not only that, but if you're up to date on the Dalamud storyline, then you already know that your character is expected to help fight at the last stand against the Garleans in Mor Dhona, where the grand summoning of The Twelve is slated to take place.

i still wonder how our opening to 2.0 will be if us 1.0 players will get a cutscene new players dont or if that will be handled in 2.0 ending where theyll show up the new eorzea then cut to credits o_o
