*Citation needed* Unless I'm mistaken I remember very clearly that phase one of the alpha testing would begin at the end of September. Where did you get your information that it starts at the end of October?
Closed beta only, and phase one of both the alpha and beta tests will consist of only Japanese players. So if your application is accepted, then yes you will be able to play in phase two of the beta testing. That's the way I understand it.
You're getting really worked up about this topic lol, like you are so upset at the prospect that the game may come out later than you want it that you're willing to fight about it or something.
Developers set release dates before beta testing all the time, and have done so for decades.
