If you wanna level fast, leves are the only way to go. You also might pick up a gatherer's Grace scroll.
But if you're after the achievement, whats the hurry? Surely, you're a long way off from it if you're only at 42.

Do leves. I did Miner 40-50 in about 3 and a half days just on leves and XP manuals. No reason why it couldnt apply to fishing, though at a slower rate since FSH is slow to begin with.

I didnt level Bot yet. so i dont have Sweat of Brow. I did how ever just get Fisher to 50. Thank you all very much for the help. That really sucked to level but so glad i got it done before 2.0

2.0 has something special waiting for Fishers - they will be different some how then the other gatherings. A little leery of bad news, but also excited as perhaps we get some more integral features in the market.

I hope I can sneak away from doing endgame stuff early on in ARR and gather a bunch of fishing information for the DotL website. I had a lot of fun cataloging the different areas and being able to share that with other aspiring fishers.
