I counted 12 people at camp Horizon a few days ago. Here were there names.

Wut Kaor, Jolon, Missyou, Aaa, Amen, Kissyou.

    Wuta Ainge, Kiss.

Wus Sky, Whr Gum, Wor Tom (Porter/Leader). There was a Wot, but I missed there surname.

12 People standing still, Wor Tom comes back and ports simultaneously. No way 12 different people could do that, or one person by themselves. Unless they have 12 keyboards in front of them and they push them all at once.

What does that prove? I have two accounts. I have a friend who has three. When you see a train like that they could be doing a telethon. It could even be a linkshell telethon with several folks gaining nodes. Ive been in groups with max party limit, spending the afternoon gaining dozens of gates and nodes. Everyone porting out at once.

And even if they were all people in the same room, doesnt mean botters or RMT. There are some people who have several siblings and family members out there who play as a clan. Not everyone lives a "normal" life. Our server has a pot farmer from the Netherlands who's only break from the game is to "Trim his forest".

I'm sorry with all the information here such as peoples admittance to using buddy passes to make some of shard bot mules alongside these other suspicious character on every server, I just don't know what you would be willing to accept as fact that people are using bots. There are four RMT bots on my server with Sar in their names who run nonstop around the fish seller in Limsa Lominsa. One makes lightning shards, one makes fire shards, one makes wind shards and one makes earth shards. Running nonstop is not something actually possible for humans and they stand out very well hasty handing full time at rank 25 with the original equipment given to a new alchemist character.

As for how you prefer to use multiple accounts along with your friends to overcome restrictions and limitations placed on characters for whatever reason is no better then what the RMT are doing. Weather it is the restriction of the number of leves and rewards or the the amount of anima replenished over time, you are doing exactly what the RMT do in terms of upsetting the balance of the game through multiple account management. The RMT simply decide to do so to a more extreme degree with the motivation of making real money as a goal.

Multiple account management is not a simple task and many who do so turn to third party programs to ease the process. When I do see players doing such, they will often admit to using many if not all outside tools such as speed bots, battle bots, crafting bots, scan bots and claim bots. With the difficult UI interface in 14, I find it amazing how dual account users are able to craft with perfect timing simultaneously, conduct split second curing and actions in the midst of battle or fish together in pairs every evening til morning and then continue to play about their regular play time. Oddly enough, even though they are able to do such complex actions separately and freely, they don't seem to be able to move separately to one another and are only able to do so with target, auto-lock following. Each of you who do this must be incredibly skilled with afterimages of extra arms around yourself when playing so many characters at the same time right.

I recently saw a player working on his weaving passed the door to board the ferry to Limsa Lominsa in the corner hidden below the but not out toward the dock's edge. I paid no attention to the fact that he was not wearing his normal linkshell at the time and figured he was simply crafting til the boat had arrived. Oddly his character did not board the boat. The next day when I had taken the ferry back towards Ul'dah, he was still there crafting away in his corner unmoved.

I have zero hard evidence he was using a bot but you must admit it is suspicious. The ferry is a pretty low traffic zone for players due to the anima system and the fact that he was beyond the door toward the ship makes for the time spent by players who do go there to be short at best. If I didn't see him the next morning in the same spot I probably wouldn't have given it a second thought about what he may be doing there. I could probably add this to my list of spots players like to bot.

Quit trying to save your cheap shards by saying RMT don't exist and don't bot. SE will probably do something about this eventually and the day after the price of shard will go up.

    Camp Horizon you say...
It reminds me of this: http://i52.tinypic.com/24g66mp.jpg

I really cannot say if they were bots or not. They stayed still for quite some time. The weird thing was that after I stared a levequest, one of them did, and then the other, and so on. By the time I was back I only saw one or two.
