the difference is on consoles you level 1 time to get maxed out by yourself. in this game you have 5 dd classes, 2 magic classes(+ the new one), 8 crafting classes, and 3 gathering classes to level.

the same is true on most mmo's now days where you can only be 1 class per character so you would only run through the quest line once per character. in this game you are likely to have to run the same set of quests 19 times.

well they better add a lot of quest, and repeatable guild leves too. I think yoshi-p said you can join guild leves at lv10, and looking at the screenshots it looks like the amount of xp needed to lvl up has increased.
