Also there are some NPCS ) like Hąrhanbolo, who constatnly talk about not having a time, (she says she set sails soon) but in fact eteernaly stays in single place. MAke them go and set sail, ( and be back in few hours) yes it might be annoying for people wanting to finish leve right NOW, but hell with them, if npc is available only at certain time each ingame day its OK
