Realistic prices does not mean 1/10 of 1.0 items either which is OP concern. So if everything is not 1/10 of thier prices in the wards your buying power changes.

Some prices will be higher then 1/10 some will be lower but nobody can say how the new market gonna be cause we don't know shit about the game. You need so many facts to even think about realistic suggestions that it will take at least till we all have played the beta, and it gonna be only suggestions....

It's even possible that stuff will cost less cause its easier to gather/craft them or cause there is a better market/AH system and way more ppl gonna sell stuff. This discussion is just stupid cause we gotta wait and look how the market gonna be after 2-3 months to see what really gonna happen with our buying power.

so let me understand this. people want a gil wipe to make it easier for the new people joining? but they are starting on their own servers arent they? i do agree with the argument why should i lose my money i did work hard for, for people who couldve played the whole time. but whateve i was mad at first when i heard this cause i was gonna save up gil for summoners relic and melded gear in 2.0. This gil wipe threw a wrench in it. But im over it now so whatever. i'm not rich i got what i got from atamos only, but i see the problem ...most the rich only had that to do this whole year waiting, they said it would transfer over. and now it's being reduced over. instead of fully quitting a game with almost no content they decided to get rich as fuk for 2.0 and now they are taking it away. the idea that npc prices are relevant to people prices is malarkey ..prices will probably be the same, if not whatever i don't want to do economy wars about it. but i bet prices won't go lower then what they are, they will go up cause more people then even out to probably the same. only good part is that rmt will have there gils chopped down. but in any case i doubt it will hurt much they can just raise prices to make up for it. or sell less for the same amount. if i was rich i'd be really really pissed off right now, just like i'd be really pissed off if i didn't quit ffxi about 6months b4 that last expansion came out to kill off everything i worked on in the game. i guess i'm lucky i didn't get in this game to early and left that one soon enough, cause that would of been 2 strikes and SE would of been out in this baseball game lol. i'm sure my brain would of grew a tumor from the hate ...lmao.

also realy sucky thing, i want to play with ps3 players and new players alike, being locked in with the old players might make me want to quit in itself, i understand giving them new servers but hopefully they all still come our way. i loved ffxi for these types of things. besides i might by the ps3 version just to play on that and again, i do not want to reroll to be with ps3 peoples. is one of them things that might of still helped kill this mmo in the long run.

we'll same buying power on NPC's but in the MW anything goes. even now we have things going 50 million.
anything that requires a HQ part to make will continue to be high priced unless they make HQ's hell of alot easier to make, anything relic will continue to be high priced.

i bet alot of that gil were losing is RMT money so instead of banning the mass numbers they just remove the gil this time.

Its not a lie, it is a simple fact. Blame the stupidity of the people which will buy Stuff in 2.0 regardless of the 1/10 Ratio. If someone goes to buy something in 2.0 for 10 Mil which is 20 Mil now, then it is the buyers loss and not the Sellers fault. The Seller was smart and just made use of the stupidity of certain people.
