It means there are enough people that want to continue playing to warrant keeping the servers open in Yoshi P's mind. I think it's pretty customer friendly of him.

That has nothing todo with customer friendly. They try to keep ppl playing FFXIV cause they know as soon they move to other games some of them not gonna come back if downtime gonna be to long.


It's still not about winning or losing, and nothing is forcing any of us to stay here. We aren't even going to be paying for it. He's letting us stay if we want to. That's very nice of him, considering keeping the servers up will at least cost SE something. And yes, being nice to your subscribers is a good way to keep them.


Shhh!! Moriandrio is bitterly formulating a conspiracy theory fueled by sour grapes! Don't interrupt him! SE/Yoshi is doing something good for the community!
