You've never turned fish into crystals or sand have you? Easiest and cheapest way to level those 2 classes by miles.

And wool makes for some nice gear. I just find it bizarre that the recipes to make the woolen items aren't dated, but the recipe to make the wool itself is. Kind of a catch-22 don't you think? And yes I'm aware the Karakul Skin only drops from that NM... which is again, silly, so I've decided to just leave my Weaver alone (or level off of leves idk) until ARR and focus on finishing my other crafts since my original idea of making wool and then felt is pretty much a no-go (I found a better option for leveling my ARM up anyway than Cobalt Haubergeon).

I just leveled WVR to 1000xp short of 49 in less than two week of sporadic playing using dated linen shortgloves to 40 and then 41-49 has been just leves. I got 41-49 just in 3 days of afternoons/evenings. Engineering Manual from stacks of saved crystals and then getting 200-300 quality on every synth. If you're short on anima just keep turning in town locals and getting more until you eventually run out (takes a while) and then turn in all the camp recipes at once. Black brush is a run, bluefog is free, other two as favorites. Then repeat. Super easy. Level 50 leve is instant (7 synths + turn in) 25k xp

I leveled my ALC to 50 on mega potions and ethers. The time investment was not bad at all if you know where the mats come from (Mega-potions in particular have mats that are easy as hell to get together quickly). Made a ton of money that way too.

Speaking of which, please make sure to have more than 1 Ahriman camp in 2.0 SE =P

There are quite a few high-level Culinarian recipes that aren't tough to get mats for as well.

Ok, not longer from leves, as they changed the reward from fleece to woolen yarn. But they can still give us the fleece from a new recipe, monster drop or new leve rewards.
There's a level 40 local weaver leve in Ul'dah that rewards 12 fleece + Bonus karakul fleece based on total quality when turning in. Also have gotten a leve with Bonus mats of Snurble Tufts before.

leves vary in level. they go up to 45, though the actual level of the recipes can get closer to 50 depending on the leve.

I'm impressed that some people still level their crafts the hard way, IE without local leves.
