Beg to differ on the devs put the hard work in the repair system dull and repetitive more like it.lol i also think of instant Leveling. lol haha The devs put a lot of hard work doing the repair system. I must check my gear constantly and thats good because i often forget what I put on half the time. haha
The Chore is buying thats what is hard. lol I need a tailor for my constant changing of clothles lol my myself am happy with just Blue-jeans lol
Bastok
There has to be stuff in games that are "not fun". Dumbing things down so it's convenient for people, "easier" is super not fun, just makes the game dull if there is no depth in it. The crafting system was pointlessly complicated before, but that's what made it cool, because it had depth, now they are making it simpler and simpler, with less depth. I'm sorry I like depth in my games, I'm a sophisticated person that like a challenge even if that means clicking a button one extra time("but that's not hard, just tedious").
Makes no sense :/There has to be stuff in games that are "not fun"
The truth is its the UI that makes repairing so awful, you have to go to equip menu, click the slot, click the tool, exit the menu, click inventory, find the item, repair it, and repeat the whole process for the next item
If you could use macros in the menu it would be ok, but nooo, you have to exit the menus and go all the way back to your equipment screen to put the tool on, or exit completely and use a macro
Really glad they are changing this, its a hassle to repair a full gear set or multiple gear sets
Still not quite clear on this... do I still need to change to my crafting class to make repairs, or does it just do the level check of my crafting class and allow me to do repairs on say my Paladin job?
How long have you been gaming? Serious question. There's always a game you play that may be fun as hell but there will be that:
"Ugh not this shit"
Moment in a game, remember Mario 64 for example? It was fun but there was always 1 or two worlds that just irked you to the core, let alone the red coins in some of them, that's what he means by not everything will be sunshines and lolipops and unicorns won't always shit out rainbows, there's going to be some things that won't be fun to deal with.
As Ricky said the main problem is the UI setup and design, not so much the system.
Just a simple follow up question to that! Does that mean we can "repair all" to all our gear at once if we're on that crafting class currently? A lot of my friends, including myself, have been hoping for that one rather than doing each item individually.Happy Friday!
While I can’t share all the details on repair in A Realm Reborn, the lead developer for the system told me that once you become the class required to repair the item you would like to fix, you will be able to make repairs in 3 clicks.
I believe this is much faster than the amount of clicks being listed in this thread.
Thank Camate for the info!![]()
How long have you been trying to be always right? No Serious question? How about you stop with the insults? "Plugging your ears won't change the truth"How long have you been gaming? Serious question. There's always a game you play that may be fun as hell but there will be that:

Content itself yes there will be stuff that people will hate and will love. However when it comes to clicking "commands" or the "UI" technical stuff, you don't wanna be waiting forever or clicking out of 15 boxes for one thing is not fun, its very tedious, and it's very annoyinig.
I wonder how long you played gaming? I don't go to that question now do I? because I'm not as rude as you. Jerk.
