How much RAM does the PS3 actually have? The PC I owned 4 years ago had 1GB. I have 8GB of RAM and 3GB on my graphics card (NVIDIA GeForce 555M GT).

I do think that the PS3 will be limited by hard drive space, but it's a good thing that the developers were able to compress data. If there is every a Wii U version, we can use external hard drives for that.

You must have installed a 1TB harddrive to your PS3 or something. Most PCs that have come out in the past four years have given you at least 400GB, assuming it's prebuilt.

yep, bought it with a 1TB upgrade and some other nice stuffs inside. Old fat boy, all my friends hate me for it too lol. because they either got the old 40gb brick turd that has overheated on them numerous times or the newer slims that cant backwards and has less features. Iv'e played this thing for days straight on several occasions without a single problem, nothing but cool air and a crisp clean hum

Pretty low specs - they benefit from not having all the extra bloat to think about, thus being focused onto a singular task. (Also devs can work with a particular machine rather than making code that considers millions of different combinations)

A lot of peoples computers here (including mine) are still better spec'd then the next gen consoles coming out.

While a neat concept, earth only has seasons because of its wobble. Most planets do not hav e a wobble, and thus no seasons. Maybe Eorzea doesn't have a wobble. It's not a foreign concept to not have seasons, venus is the only other planet we know of to wobble iirc.
