Of course it is, walking into an instance with the NM already popped that you can engage any time, is many times better than standing there waiting for it to pop which you may never claim.

This is the last time I'm saying this........ I never said this is 24hr NMs vs instanced NMs.

All i'm say is that *IF* they implement more open world NMs they need to be 24hrs because if they're remotely close to what we have now, this game will remain shit in regards to endgame content.

If they do make it instanced it needs to be restricted to a week+ per run, low drop rate and insane difficulty. I hope this makes sense.
