Non aggressive but there packed in pretty thick in about a grid surrounding the camps. There just wandering around being cactuars for the most part. Just be careful with aoe skills and you will be fine.

Just took a ride around la nocea. there are only two topside non-dungeon camps that are not swamped with the little buggers
Skull valley and Bald Knoll. Interesting side note the Elementals are no longer around ceader wood
I took a little Peak in mystbeard cove but did not see anything out of the ordinary.
* death nodes such as widows cliff also seem to be cactuar free

I remember seeing this back in the imperials 1.23 thread-
Anyone know if these are normally there? When I first saw it I thought to myself the poster must have been mistaken since this is unrelated to the imperials spawning and probably just mobs that have been there all the time but now with all these claims of random mobs spawning it seems to have been more likely. The only thing is these are rank 43 while all the mobs that I've seen spawn in masses are much higher 76~78)
Even if these are unrelated and have been there for awhile I hope they do post a newspaper from one of the cities. I'd love to here more lore on these odd occurrences.
