Agree with this.I don't mind the idea of summoned mounts of a few very sensibly chosen mounts, but I'd just prefer choco breading and lots of colour's and some variations..
Alter tails and things maybe, beak length or some with plooms or something around the head? dunno
But i really think choco's should be the main mounts, an by far the most common, it is FF after all.
Why settle for a plain ol' horse when you can ride a horse bird instead‽
I do agree with Esk, though. A little variety in how our chocobo looks would go a long way. (Pimp My Chocobo!)
1. You don't "always see me on all threads". That's called an exaggeration. This is my 622nd post since I registered about 16 months ago. That averages out to roughly 39 posts per month, or about 1.3 posts per day. If you're "always seeing me on every thread", then you should be asking yourself why you're imagining things. Maybe you're reading the same thread over and over?Lol Preypacer why do I always see you on all threads posting about how you are better than 99% of the people on these forums?
I didn't want to quote all of your text so ppl wouldn't make the mistake of reading it again. Can you please post a another post which would be a bit more full of yourself because I don't think you QUITE made it yet :P
2. I've never posted about how I'm better than 99% of the people on these forums. In fact, I've never posted that I'm better than anyone on these forums period, because I don't actually believe I'm better than anyone on these forums at all. I may disagree with some people here, or with how they present themselves or respond to others, but that wouldn't make me feel superior to them.
3. I have no desire to post showing how full of myself I am, because I'm not. I share my opinions and do my best to support them. I offer up "facts" only when I know they can be verified as such. If you have a problem with that, then that's something you need to deal with, and attacking me personally isn't the way to go about it.
My turn to ask a couple questions:
1. Why are you asking accusatory questions based on imaginary circumstances?
2. Why are you taking my post so personally that it would drive you to post and attack me the way you did? I was posting a bit of satire based on actual arguments and remarks I've seen on these forums many times, during my whole time being here. That's why I said "because I read these forums".
I didn't point you out specifically, so I'm not sure why you felt compelled to attack me for it. Did I hit a little too close to home, maybe? And no, me asking that does not mean I think I'm better than you.

Have to agree with Shanree as well, where the hell did Mamba's context come from?
Edit - Upon further review, (because work is literally this boring) seems like she must be incensed from the camp / atmos thread.
Mamba, even if you feel passionately about something like that, simply calling out another user is pretty low. It certainly doesn't add to any conversation and just detracts from your character as a whole.

Yeah, Final Fantasy never has horses!
Oh...
Well, just keep horses out of this game! A horse can't make sense in the world of Eorze-
-a... :I
lol I think the problem is, because horses are so rarely used - they actually would be too cool and take the iconic chocobo image down a peg.
Although perhaps you could argue that each FF is different and there is no law that says chocobos have to be -the- mount.
Since they are now technically also our body guards.
Chocobo carriages!
Oh, and all chocobo should be the same size! I wanna see lala fellas bounce up and down on their saddle while riding, loool!
Rogues are so big that chocobos are lucky not to get a back-ache! They are allowed two chocobos and a floating carriage! XD
~'\[[_LEGACY_]]/'~TENTs because solo-friendly content forces me to want one!

In their 2.0 documents there is mention of shared mounts. I would think chocobo carriages are a possibility then~
Honestly I am not the biggest chocobo fan which is why I want horses. It's just preference you may like chocobo, I might like horses. Most people prob use choco anyway because they are the FF mount.
Sorry everyone, this is completely not about the subject - I am just replying to Preypacer.
Sorry Preypacer, I was infact writing my post to you with a tongue in cheek but I should know that no one - not even the people on this forum who say they write it, understand satire...
But to answer you:
They are only imaginary if you think I have read all the 600+ posts you have posted on these forums my dear, I never said I have been to all threads on these forums.
You say you write satire but yet you can't take any of it back... hence the "lol" and the ":P" in my post.2. Why are you taking my post so personally that it would drive you to post and attack me the way you did? I was posting a bit of satire based on actual arguments and remarks I've seen on these forums many times, during my whole time being here. That's why I said "because I read these forums".
All I can say to you is lighten up a bit and that if you start to poke the fire you might burn your fingers. If you start writing sarcastic critisism on forums, you will get sarcastic response back. It's not attacking, it's people giving you what you give them.
So go on and untwist your knickers, no one is waging war here, it's all just a bit of fun.
