Yoshi-P's newest post on the forums today confirmed that this new trailer was created using older assets.
Yep, that's in the OP as well somewhere in the wall o text :P.
That's what I said about the Older assets =).Cartoony? Hardly, not even close, Maybe perhaps the TGS 2012 one it could look cartoony, but they already confirmed that those were old assets they were using to make that Trailer.

I WANT PERFECT!
Just wanted to bring your thread down a little, too many people are cooling off..
I want to see the best screenshot they have, they should do a weekly or monthly screenshot at max. We can watch them build and see it change.
I know they are missing at least a few bells and whistles but it would be interesting to know if they have any other post processing they can stuff in (for PC at least). Optional shaders or what have you.
DX10/11 support, perhaps they will include a graphics update then too. I really really want to see some tesselation in their work. Dynamic if possible.
Lol, If you want perfect you only set yourself up for disappointment. btw Xenoblade Chronicles didn't have good graphics, however the Asset Placement they did in that game was amazing! Just goes to show Graphics isn't everything in a game, because I had a real blast with it!I WANT PERFECT!

And I agree looks pretty good - did really well for what the Wii can handle.
