My point is we don't know when they made this trailer, but yes, the newest trailer should look better than the older ones.
People haven't taken into consideration several possible variables. One variable it could have simply been a mistake and another just as possible answer is they wanted to show what the earliest or an earlier build of the game looked like because people are actually curious about those kind of things and in essence they could have been showing their progress.
Without any further verification than what Yoshi-P gave us earlier stating a rudimentary mistake. We have nothing else to go on.

if its true? we dont know it.. maybe they created several trailers before and then decided "ah there we have one trailer left, lets use this for the TGS"Naoki_Yoshida Post
Hello, Producer and Director Yoshida here.
The material used was more than what we are for the last letter of the producers - Live! have used - the exposure has not yet voted, and in some areas we were working (Delayed shade should be used), and the same applies to hair, neck and head movements and facial expressions.
In principle, the material pickup went according to plan but the reduced frame rate video was not planned, so we will investigate the problem. Today I was at TGS (or should I rather "yesterday" say?) And have the video that we have shown there, even checked and it seemed that everything to be in order. So it's quite possible that there were problems with encoding.
Please excuse this blunder but I will inform you once we have found the cause.
