Give players incentive to play tanks and healers in Content finder

Just like in XI, there will be 56,782 DDs, two tanks, two healers and one support.

I loved BRD in XI because it was so easy to find a group. (Also it was the best job ever, still waiting for my instruments in XIV SE)

You have an instrument- you just have to do the relic weapon quest to get it. And it's permanently attached to your weapon.
