Prices on Durandal are already getting out of hand fossilissed matter jumped from 6k to 50k in a day cobalt arrows went from 50 gil to over 1k in hours and are still climbing. With each passing day it becomes more and more necessary to join into the spam fest. Pretending that just because something is boring will stop them from doing it is a joke at best when you can just make a keyboard macro and afk for infinite money while you do anything else. This needs to be stopped and faster the longer it goes on the worse off the repercussions of it are be that lose of advancement because we all got rollback or having to put up with an economy that basically makes it impossible for a new player or a player with low gil to get anywhere.

But this is not from Atomos. This is from people believing the cap is going to lower, and those with 100mil are more are mass-buying so as not to 'lose gil'. Gil that was not in circulation because it was being hoarded, is suddenly being circulated.

They should probably decrease our money more then they are decreasing the whole market - as there will be a barrier to entry otherwise (of course then people will stock up on items lol).

If only they had the economic know how to know when to roll back changes or stop actions asap we really wouldnt even need all this.

Wrong. Yoshi P said they will be removing a digit from the gil CAP, not everyone's gil. So the max amount of gil you can carry will be 99,999,999 instead of 999,999,999

lol u obviously dont understand what people are doing :/ most people at the moment are farming stacks of crystals and then handing them in for 1k seals each 4 crystals or something, then every 15k seals they buy 100 stacks of dawn drops from gc counter and npc them so they are making millions from npc at a really quick rate 10m per day "Inflation occurs when players bring large sums of money into the economy", most are also using bots to do this as the buying of dawn drops takes forever, so the bot presses enter > left > enter repeat.



there are alot of easier way to make money, but all this money is not coming from other players but from the game so everyone is getting alot richer quicker and everybody on the server can achieve this even a level 1 DoH, hence the massive inflation.

I just hope SE realise how bad this is and stop the crystals from being handed in for GC seals or something before it gets even worse.

99 Drops = 12,500 gil = 1,000 Seals

1000 seals = 4 crystals

1 crystal is selling in the wards for 12k

If you want to spend your seals on drops.. go ahead. I just made 125k while at work selling 11 crystals, and these idiots are spending that time to make a fraction of that. Let them do it, they're probably the same people buying the crystals.

You messed up your math there buddy. It only takes 150 seals to buy a stack of dawn drops.

150 seals = 1 stack for 12.6k
1500 seals = 10 stacks for 126k
15000 seals = 100 stacks for 1.26 million.

Every crystal is worth about 20k if you were to convert it into dawn drops at a rate of 1 crystal being 250 seals and 4 being 1000. The person that you sold those 11 crystals to made about 100k off you.
