    and it wont fit to speedy pvp as well. shorter animations does not mean worse.

    I don´t know. I am kinda waiting 2.0 version, but to tell the truth i perfer keep things this way as they are. But the thing what i hate most of 2.0 is that people can jump!!!! and chocobo can jump!!!! WHY?!?! sure it's a small thing but still! WHY THERE IS CHOCOBO WHO CAN JUMP?! NO NEED OF IT!!!

    PLD WS (Same animation like now)

    Same Movement animations..

    i mean have you even looked close to that animations and have you even noticed that these animations are mostly exactly the same? no it seems not.

    "Work in progress"... "pre-alpha"... does tell you anything? the flaming about that, although the developers say all the time they did not wanted to show the early game version for now, is just so annoying. but now they see what they got.. ridiculous flaming posts of players who cant even look closely to the animations.

    Please read the OP and the thread.

    -We are not, i repeat, NOT talking about Weaponskill animation.

    -We are not, i repeat, NOT talking about emotes.

    -We are talking about a specific set of movement animations that are intentionally missing from 2.0

    - Inertia as you stop = missing

    - Gaining momentum as you start = missing

    - Leaning as you turn = missing

    - The whole animation as you turn more than 90 degrees = missing

    - Backpedaling = bad

    Stating is a "work in progress" regarding to the above animations is meaningless since they already confirmed that they intentionally removed them, replacing them with what we see now in the pre-alpha videos.

    Again, stop wasting energy while wasting everyone's time, and read the thread before replying.

    Oh there are plenty of times in both XI and XIV where I wished I had jump. Just because we don't need it doesn't make it any less useful. That's like saying we don't need to run, we could always walk. I will never understand you guys how you can be against jump. Think of the Atomos event, let's say you are stuck next to the fence, you can't run to the exit because his spawns are there. Now if you could jump you would have just jumped over the fence and be on your way rather than just stand there like a statue until Atomos despawns. So tired of this "we don't need jump! bunny jumping is annoying! We were doing fine without it!" crap.

    Getting rid of the "Current" animations, yes Does that mean there won't be any animation at all for these? No not by a long shot. If there was no animation, then they would sit there and do nothing at all. There will be animations, Those animations are not the Alpha/beta/retail product of the game. as I said before several times, they didn't even want to show us the "Pre-alpha" state of the game "because" it wasn't ready to be shown in the first place. Yet people wanted so badly that they just gave in, and now these types of comments are spawning all over the place because they gave into the pressure.

    Now I'm not saying everyone doesn't have the right to speak their minds on what they saw, because everyone does have a right, as long as you know that they didn't want to show it in the first place and all this back and forth arguments was the cause of the "Squeaky wheel" (Us Customers), Then by all means argue away. This is still considered feedback in all way for them, and it will help out in the long run. Everyone needs to stops saying "this is SE fault that they did this this or this" when then wanted to keep it to themselves till the time was right (Late alpha/Early beta I'd imagine).

    Edit: I just want to point out that, Alot of things "Can be missing" from what they shown because this is "Pre-Alpha", but they will probably "Actually" be in there, come beta/retail. If your in Alpha and its not there? Make it known that its not that, Not their in Beta? Make it known it's not there.
