And there we have it, I guess we can expect a severe drop in the exchange of clusters/crystals for seals..

they took out the npc cuz everyone spammed it till max gc points
This is why we can't have nice things.
Unfortunately those of us who logged on a day after patch now can't get access to the same seals etc that others got. People in shell getting 4 weapons and gear etc, now no npc I'm getting 10k seals and nothing more. Hope SE learn to think things through more carefully in future and think about those of us that are not able to be online 24/7.
Edy, you can't blame SE, blame the players. SE was doing us a favor and people took advantage. If anyone is at fault it's not SE in this regard.

Eh, while that is true, I actually focused more on this part of his post:
I think many people are not pleased with the timing and sporadic nature of the Imperial invasion event. Hits the nail on the head for that "event."
No I take your point, it's just that people are always going to find a way to 'exploit' things to make gil etc. everyone knows this. My real beef is that I logged on a day later (I'm usually on everyday) and 'missed out' on some nice seals for things I would like. That's not SE's fault of course but pulling the NPC means I cannot benefit because of others using to make gil. I'm not angry or anything but if they capped it at so many seals or turning in only so many per day it would stop the crazy amount of npc selling and still let people that haven't got the seals cont. Yes there are holes I can see in this logic too though!Unfortunately those of us who logged on a day after patch now can't get access to the same seals etc that others got.
