Won't the battle have to be available early enough that you can finish it before the first so data is saved, or are you referring to the epic final CS that we are supposed to get?

I'm thinking the reason it's open for another 10 days after final save is because the final destruction and cs is then ya, some "live" event that we don't want to miss as yoshi said it.

Oh cool I sure hope he makes a bunch of vague statements and teases us with some concept art of stuff we won't see in the game until 2014.

He better play that gamescom demo for the upteenth time, I haven't seen it enough times yet.

No, I just thought you were referring to the live letter going on after the final shutdown, when you were actually referring to in-game events.
