    SEE Agent Elke: No, that's the thing, the server is fine, we assume that with the crash the save game files became corrupt. This is why you were given the instructions in the email from this morning.

    SEE Agent Elke: So if you have tried this i.e. logging in on different PC, etc. and the problem persists we can only escalate it from here.

    End-user: and nothing has been done
    SEE Agent Elke: Well, I couldn't find anything for the ticket numbers you provided. So unless there is another ticket number I has not been escalated.

    End-user: no he is another person who has been locked out due to the error
    End-user: phoned in and they said it has been escalated to head office which it cleary hasnt

    SEE Agent Elke: Right, I would not really find it without the information for his ticket, so there might be one.
    End-user: but 6 days and the same solutions are being told to us making us believe and see nothing has been done

    End-user: we stil dont understand why SE can just move us to a diferent zone like really?

    SEE Agent Elke: Well, it should not do that, that's why we are thinking is a problem with the saved data. Since you still cannot log in after our suggestions we have to have someone look into it with more permission to do so.
    End-user: i can log on the same account on my alts
    SEE Agent Elke: I will escalate it for you anyway and see what we find out.
    End-user: i can also log on my main on char screen just errors when trying to load the garuda zone
    End-user: so doesnt seem like a save issue

    End-user: no character screen > snow reinheart > loading > stay black screen long time then error
    SEE Agent Elke: And have you tried that on a different PC?
    End-user: yes
    End-user: we have tried on many friends pcs
    End-user: another pt got disconected at same time as our pt and they also cannot log in anymore stuck in howling eye
    SEE Agent Elke: ok. As I said, I will escalate this now and as soon as I hear anything back I will be in touch with you. I'm sorry, but there is not a lot else I can suggest at the moment as I don't see what the issue could be.

    ok seriously,

    how about you move our characters out of howling eye so we can log back on we have done everything you have said to us in countless emails and nothing works YOUR SERVER IS BROKE WHEN WILL YOU GUYS WAKE UP AND REALIZE THIS..... i know you have to forward any info to japan for anything to get done but i found out today this hasnt even been escelated.......... after like 15 emails and nothing has been passed onto head office seriously this is how you treat your customers??

    got another reply from se saying re set router and re install lol seriously .... ok i replied asking for another escalation to japan

    I have done everything humaly possible to resolve this issue and so has 12 0ther people we have re installed, loged in on other computers etc etc this is not a client issue this is a server issue and it needs to be sorted as it has now been a week with no word ..

    please note that when the game crashed we couldn't use the UI/spells/abilities and garuda stoped moving, we could still chat in pt/ls and move around the howling eye zone, the server also wouldnt disconect us we were just stuck in howling eye so to get off the game we had to force d/c as we had no other option. then once we tried to log on our main chars on the character select screen (says our character is in howling eye)it starts to load as normal but stays black and then after a min says server error 30002.

    I can log on my alt char in the character select screen just fine.

    Again we have tried all solutions at home, atleast 3 of us use computers as part of our profession so we know that its clearly not an issue with our systems, it is sadly an issue with your server.

    1 of my tickets has been escalated to japan please escalate this one to japan also this needs to be fixed we are paying customers and its been a week with zero feedback.

    I've been affected as well. I was in Ul'dah and was merely trying to return to my Inn at Limsa Lominsa, only for my character to freeze without teleporting at all. I forced the game to restart and now I am unable to log int, constantly getting the (30002) error screen.

    Got the same error this evening. My party was trying to enter Moogle and got stuck like everyone else in this thread. We could still converse, I could still target them but none of us could move or use actions etc. Force closed out of the game and now we are all stuck in the endless "Now Loading" screen.
