If it was possible to just put a magic machine in every region that improved latency to servers in other parts of the world, why would people be spending so much money by using such drastic measures as to lay a line through the arctic ocean? If i look on google scientifical texts on nuclear fusion, i can't expect to actually understand what they say. Why you should find tecnical information on servers if you don't know shit on servers ?

Well yeah obviously nuclear fusion is very complicated, but the stuff we're talking about here isn't rocket science. I personally have -some- knowledge on the subject from when I was in college, but even for someone absolutely oblivious it should be easy to figure out via Google what some people are trying to suggest here isn't possible.
