I hope that you all see resolution soon. I never respond to the forums, but I have to tell you, last night in hamlet, the whole zone went down a couple of times, with us crashing in La Noscea after. All we did was worry that we would not be able to get back on after. It's really a pretty serious issue, and I'm with Pritz, I'm shocked it hasn't at least been acknowledged publicly at least in some capacity.
That's horrible, if you can get more people on the forums addressing the issue, it'd probably help on speeding this process, possible it'll be a quick fix.I hope that you all see resolution soon. Around 5:00PM EST, two parties almost got locked out of the game, luckily they're back, safe..they had a simliar encounter with the error, just fix this issue quickly before more people get taken in.
Just glad I have Lucca to ask people's encounters with the issue.

Balmung Server.
Entered Garuda Instance.
Crashed immediately upon entry.
Continually recieved : Error (30002) 1347011403 Ect.
Attemp to log in multiple times all failed.
Upon relogging 5 mins after the crash was inside the instance battle area and removed outside the Aether Entry point immediately.
Regardless of being removed or not this error happens quite often with garuda and hamlet type zones.
Really bad for consumers to be scared to not have access to full content they pay for at the risk of being locked outside the game for days.
I hope this situation is seriously being worked on and fixed soon with accommodations for all those people locked out.

Please I hope this issue will been resolved soon. I know 2 linkshells that are seriously demoralized by it. For every character struck in this error there are a lot more who are wondering when their friends will return if ever.
Sorta wish I could keep this up on top of the other topics, it's the only one that seems rather important than ARR right now. It's the future of players who want relics or Garuda weapons before for that future of the game, to at least know they're safe..after getting them..ya know?
