Friendly Warning (30002) 1347011403,0,5 is back.

I am currently paying for a service that I can not use. 3 days ago (9/4/2012) My game R0, and I have been unable to log back into my character.

Contacting "Customer Support" has been a one star experience so far, no one has reached out or tried to contact me at all on the issue.
The few times I managed to get a hold of someone, I was greeted with copy-paste responses, sometimes the same response to every question I asked.

There is a problem with the server, and it seems like it is the kind of problem that is easier ignored than fixed. The whole party I was with R0 with me, and is unable to play for 3 days now. And from what I have read on the tech forums, some people have had this problem for months without resolve - Error (30002)

Just happened to me in a party at Hyrstmill Hamlet last night. NM was at 1% health and everyone froze for at least a minute then got kicked out of server. Couldn't log back in for at least 7 minutes. Not a good thing. I seen a ton of people doing Garuda the past fews days also. Im weary to take that chance and get stuck. Hope the people that were affected several days ago get back on soon. - Halo

For Masamune's record; I (And my party at the time) been caught in both ifrit and garuda once over the last 2 days, needed to force log out then logged back into the primal summoning areas also been stuck in the wards twice with not being able to log back into then for 20mins.

And I do believe Nin is still doing Garuda. He asked in LS if any of us wanted to go the night after you all got stuck, and me and Din were like "no". I am scared of that instance now.

I'd like to enter such instances w/o having to go through these errors myself...but here I am hoping for the safe return of every character affected by these errors.

I just killed moogle (got my staff woo) and got stuck inside the instance until my game crashed. Everything was ok when I logged back in but I'm not doing the fight again.
