+10 crit rate is only a 1.67% increase in the number of crits, so tbh it will have a larger affect on AA damage than any significant increase in the side affects of those skills, largely because those skills usually crit anyway.Sort of, if your hitting your stat caps for the weapons your using that +10 Crit. Aye but they help guarantee they Crit. as well, besides that Stats will diminish or stop after that stat cap is reached so there's no real point in adding more beyond that.
