Yep, and Atomos as of XI is considered the Time & Space summon by the FF community since even prior to XI he was always essentially a blackhole lol.

As far as we know now in relation to XIV, he's actually opening a wormhole to the Void, thus letting more Voidkin run amok. Could be related to more "Seventh Umbral Era Monsters" appearing which was mentioned in some Letters from Yoshi-P.

Which makes me wonder about the Seventh Umbral Era. Was it forced to start early because of the Meteor project? Was Dalamud responsible for prior Umbra Eras? It's been around since the Fourth Era IIRC from the Allagans, so I wouldn't be surprised if they made it in an attempt to prevent Umbral Eras from happening. (Another Forerunner comparison).

Couldn't the comment from the Wandering Minstrel been referring to XI just as easy as anything related to XIV. I mean the world is similar but at the same time very different, not to say that's the right explanation just saying it's not so cut and dry that we're moving to a new world altogether.

I don't think dalamud even hits but it gets close enough to cause something to happen wasn't there an idea of it being a giant cocoon/prison o.O/

i heard they were keeping the echo i was annoyed at that and that they are continuing that story supposibly I really hope not and that its speculation... GC Quests will be there v/s Garlean but I'm thinking the other story will deal with the beastmen... who knows... the echo is stupid personally... OH I CAN SEE INTO THE PAST SOLVE PEOPLE PROBLEMS BUT SAYING " I KNOW THE TRUTH"... x_x is there another story aspect to the echo because if its just that its a pretty boring concept...

Keep the Echo, kill Minfilia, she doesn't seem to have much impact on me as the other characters do.
