Hold Scroll Lock down and the interface will disappear. That's the only time you can use Print Screen anyhow (holding down Scroll lock and tap Print Screen), at least on mine. I kinda wish they'd allow screenshots of things like your gear screen or chat log but that requires 3rd party programs.

They do, it just doesn't automatically save it in your screenshots folder. Hit print screen, open up paint, paste the image, and save.
