this laptop is ASUS G53SW, i7 sandy and GT460M no reason can't run this...
I saw the version at anniversary event place, wasn't look like this... and other SE trailer like the first bad voice-over ARR one is pretty clear

It depends on how they exported the movie, compression etc. and youtube usually screws up the conversion hence the contrast and the blacks are messed up.

I suppose I don't really have any real right to say otherwise, because I am not a die hard final fantasy fan, I own 5 of them but never beat them.

I come from a more western fantasy background, tho I do really enjoy all of FFIX's music.

There are several other guitar-driven tunes from the game that I think are great, too. This prog-rocky stuff has always been part of Final Fantasy.

But, yeah. The trailer music is fantastic.

I liked the trailer music, but I also like most of XIV's current songs. I do agree that the regular battle themes (other than Nail of The Heavens) are some of the weakest, but I really hope they keep many of the current themes and include new ones.

Soken is the best. Where has Square-Enix been hiding him this whole time? I still enjoy a lot of the ye ole Nobuo Tracks, some of them are really masterpieces, and i hope that nobuo has a chance to make a second impression along with Soken and maybe Mizuta.

You bring up fantastic points, I just don't know anymore, I guess the music I linked was just played to much during battle, If I have the option to turn off battle music I think, I wouldn't let those songs get boring.
