It doesn't quite work like that. There are modern day i5's (2500k) that outpace 2010 i7's (900 series)

But they don't mention which i5s I personally run a first generation i5 460M in my laptop, when they just say Recommended CPU is an i5 it means at least a first generation i5 or they would have given model numbers like they did with graphics cards, tell me where it says recommended 2nd generation i5 CPU. The recommended graphics card has jumped up a model or two but I think people currently on medium should be able to push graphics up a little.

I was in the beta test for v1.0, and this time I hope SE listen to the feedback, because if they had did in it's time and didn't hurried the launch to be before WoW: Cataclysm, this version 2.0 wouldn't be needed.

I'm guessing our apps will be filed in Box 2 while JP does the first phase of testing. Once they open up the next phase, they'll open the box and probably play "eenie-meenie-miney-mo" to decide who gets in.

Not too many because the server handling applications hasn't crashed, but we don't know the bandwidth to it so it could still be a lot. But they have mine so its all good.
