guess what.... 99.9% probably not they just havent announced the release for other regions yet. People said the same crap back at 1.0 release on special items, but us NA got them too... Are you but hurt The day starts in Japan and ends in America too? We Americans keep thinking we are entitled to everything in the world first because for some reason we (those that actually don't leave America, btw I have left America) think we are better than the rest of the world. Though if you left and experienced the rest of the world we are all the same and get things when a company deem's fit. We aren't deserving of anything just because we are Americans. I guess I am mad,because I hate ignorance you got me.
Also you misread that Phase 1 alpha testing. It is stress testing to ensure the servers are stable and the same mess doesn't happen again like it did with Beta and servers crashing all the time. So U MAD?!?!! I would rather they get the servers stable before I waste my time getting on for 30 seconds and the server crashing. Unless thats what you want to do, by all means go to Japan, get in Phase 1 Alpha and do that because that is all that will happen in that Phase is DC/crash the hell out of the servers so they can find the weak spots and fix them for Phase 2 and the rest of the world. So if you are not American you must be under the age of 22, and grew up on the Internet and Globalization where everything is just handed too you, which is all the same problem that is going on in this self-deserving world we live in.
