    Well to be honest most of our gear wasn't speced either. We had a couple of Ifrit Canes and for armous we mostly wore a mish mash of Milita items, Company coats, Whm AF and BLM melds. Its just timing, making sure everyone is ready can can fire them off quickly. You will need all 12 holies, 6 stonera, a flare, blizzara and a fira/fire to drop them all. Its all about burst damage.
