Forgotten Achievement Titles

I'm still confused. Are you saying:

1) You will be able to pick up the Sword of Eorzea title in 2.0 ONLY if you completed the achievement in 1.0.

2) You will be able to earn and pick up the title for Sword of Eorzea in 2.0 through a new achievement.

Basically what I want to know, specifically, is whether or not the Sword of Eorzea title will be unique to players of 1.0.

She mentioned that the titles that you earned, but did not go check with the NPC to pick up yet, will be avaiable to be picked up in 2.0

If Sword of Eorzea is in the earlier list of achievements no longer acquireable in 2.0, it will be unique to the current game.
