I am all for racial bonuses, but only passive minor bonuses. Like social bonuses or something not game breaking.
OP's bonuses are obviously not balances and really favoring some races. That, I'm against.

However, we already had that kind of discussion in the past and it lead to nothing. Yoshi is against it.
I still hope that we can see that happening one way or another. With social bonuses, where's the harm?
