Potions: When will they be useful?

There's always:

Elixir - HP Regen : +50% (2000 max), MP Regen : +30% (1050 max)
Mega-Ether - MP Regen : +20% (600 max)
Mega-Potion - HP Regen : +20% (600 max)

But, yea, otherwise the rest of the healing potions aren't all that noteworthy.
