Err, it was?

Err, it was?

Tera has a cross server dungeon finder, and lacked while I played it a way to control looting rules. Led to a TON of drama because of ninja looters, and people being kicked just prior to a boss that had a drop that was desired by the party leader. And with it being cross server, server reputation didn't matter.Most dun geon grouping mmo's allow you to get in a party with friends then mark your group for a dungeo which wll pop up saying it's available with which classes are filled.
Rift has this and it works extremly well. You mark classes/rolls you can fill. IT pops up with your grops and others matched to fill all rolls, you confirm and enter.
I hope Yoshi has taken this type of stuff into consideration. Consider Skirmish, trust is important if people are stating their preferred drop.
Linkshells and Free Companies will still exist if people want more structured play.
Unfortunately, judging from my own experience and some of the threads of this forum, not having a cross server content finder has done nothing to avoid those situations.
@ gokulo thats my point. I really hope it does t become like quick PUG with clueless people.

Content finder is exactly like a pick up group...a PUG that picks up automatically, but a pick up group none the less. So if you're the type of person who has no patience for new people, you should probably stick to your LS/FC
googling nubfish does nothing. But thanks for wasting your time.
Im hoping theres a way to flag ppl from other servers you know are good. Or have a sort of friends list for content finder, akin to something like yahoo messenger.
Since im already "wasting my time" i might as well do it again. Lets break it down Barney style:
Nub= a term to describe new,inexperienced people
I really hope i dont need to define the term fishing. That would just be sad /facepalm.

It is "noobfish", not "nubfish". =_=Im hoping theres a way to flag ppl from other servers you know are good. Or have a sort of friends list for content finder, akin to something like yahoo messenger.

Edit : and still, all I find on Google is a definition a "Urban Dictionary" that doesn't make much sense.

Theres 2 ways to spell that highspeed ^^. Ever hear of a long vowel? U as in it makes a sound like "oo".
Idk if anyone ever told you, but there are things such as stupid questions. Stupid questions get smartass responses so im sorry if i hurt your friends feelings, my bad. Can we keep this about content finder since thats the subject of the thread? Or we gonna take another good topic and flame/derail it to death? Kthnxbye.

Yeah, this was kind of a problem in WoW too, when I played it. There's basically no consequences for your actions when you're playing with totally random people from other servers.Tera has a cross server dungeon finder, and lacked while I played it a way to control looting rules. Led to a TON of drama because of ninja looters, and people being kicked just prior to a boss that had a drop that was desired by the party leader.
