It may be.. on a japan site there is a title right below it saying that it is called

"Barbarian village" 蛮族の村 (google translated)

If I'm not mistaken, I think that 蛮族 is basically used to mean "beastman" in FFXIV. So, it could easily mean "beastman village" == "goblin village."
