Starters Gamers LS

If you startin the game in the world Gungnir (or maybe not starting but coming back from long break and have low level jobs) and want a LS where to gather and find other new people like you sent me a /tell for pearl in game.

I realized the need for a starters LS where new players to this game can tag along, while in other LS you can find older gamers that can be helpful, isnt the same get started with some companions and build a friendship since start, since many tend to feel out when you dont have a high level friend waitin for you in your jorneys at eorzea.

Also realize this is not meant to be a LS you will stay forever, but just while you get used to game and find a better suited LS for your way to play. The most porpouse of this LS is to help new players to get used to this game and find friends at your same level and needs with who tag along furthermore.

I highly recommend this Linkshell for anyone. 2nd day after joining and I've already been through 2 dungeons. I was also getting invite to It Kills with Fire after being on for less than 20 minutes. Everyone is very helpful and I recommend anyone who is looking for a helpful Linkshell to join up. Just remember to return the love down the road.

Long time FFXI player just started off FFXIV. I am hoping to get a pearl to this linkshell as my time in Ul'Dah has been lonley lol

I'm sorry to everyone, but after a long time, my journey as Linkshell leader has come to an end, our Linkshells have broken.

Was harsh for me to keep lead, spent all my time helpin people, all gil gearin low level peeps,weapons i got from our few events i gave away to some of our fellow members who needed it, sortin all sort of strategies so could get our LS ahead, however, despite all effort, it was impossible for me, i lost many friend cause dedicated my time to the LS instead them, and i made too many enemies and people who ended hating me cause i was focusing more onto helpin starters instead focus on our end gaming LS, not to mention i was unable to deal with the lack of attendance from our members and failed to many with it, all that was too hard considering i had no co-leaders to lend me a hand with anything.

I'm sorry to everyone i feel like i have failed to all, was harsh for me decide just breack LS, but i couldnt handle this no more without support.

To our members, im sorry for it, hope you all understand, and i hope you all keept good memories from taging along with us, hope best of wishes to you guys and best luck on your journeys, but specially, have fun. Thanks to everyone.

Oh about this...

Talkin about the starter's LS im proud to consider it a complete success.... almost everyone on LS got their gobbue (for not say all, as far as i knew last 2 days before gobbue issuance NPC got taken out, i keep askin for members if still needed help getin levels to obtain it, no one replied, so i take it all in LS got it. Also many of them got at least 1 job to Lv.50 , and however, im pretty sure many hate me cause i broke LS, many, many and many of them managed to make friends from that LS and even outside it, so yes i consider the starter's LS was a complete success, and im glad of it.

Talkin about end game Linkshell, well it honestly was no good , i believe i made a fair LS, and with easy to understand rules, even made a web site were everyone could watch things clear and even with a web chat to keep multiple linkshells in comunication and all that, sadly even with all these tools, as a tool it has its weackness... their users, a tool is useless if its user dont uses it. i couldnt find a way to deal with the lack of atendance, as we had no rules that made it mandatory, and i didnt wanted change that, our LS didnt had either a rule of "only with us" , and sadly i think thats what killed it, as members didnt wanted to use our web site, also didnt come to events by consider us "no good", there was a roegadyn in special who caused alot of drama cause this fact, complaining alot we didnt had events... when we had them, but he didnt wanted come with us cause consider it a waste of his time, he started a war with us and he now has his own LS, i just hope good luck for him. Add to all this i didnt had any co-leader helping me on any LS, was to much for me alone to handle it all with no help.

Also have in mind cause i had to deal with the beginer's LS too, i often got distracted from the end game LS, as i focused more on starter's, well in resumen, i think i ended makin alot of enemies by failin to everyone , if ever someone plan to restart a LS only to help people, i will only sugest you 1 thing, cant do it alone, you need help, you will end failin to everyone if you try it alone. ~.~

adding to this, im sorry to all members who really supported me, as there was some few, thank you for it, i wish i could have been a better leader, but im not that... firm, i guess.

It's a real shame. Just started a week ago and got my THM to 29, was working on PUG to 15 for eventual Black Mage, would have adored this LS. T_T

At this moment i dont have plans to re-do a Starter's LS ,because i believe servers will be shut down soon, however maybe once 2.0 gets released i will make a new LS for starters, NOTE; im not gona ever again make an end game LS, cause since i focus too much on starters i made alot of people hatin me for it on my end game LS, i ended with 0 friends and alot of haters on me, wich is something im not really up to pass by again.

Again, im still considering it, besides i think might be a social LS instead only for starters.

It might have been a success in my point of view but alot of people hates me for disband it, but as i always said, that LS was meant to be temporal, no one was bound to it, and everyone was expected to drop it once they were anymore "starters",still, alot of people expected alot from me as if it were my obligation, i guess everyone forgot i started it out without any interest or benefit from it other than help them all.

Oh also, i need to think on me self too, wich will be really hard for me to find an end game LS up to deal with me hahahahaha.

Honestly i think im the less popular person on the whole server. xD
