[Suggestion] replaying storyline quests and playing the questline from other cities

1) I don't know about repeating the main storyline, but at least giving the option to view the (really awesome) cutscenes again would be nice.

2) Agree. Being able to swap and see the different city questlines would be awesome. That was something I liked about XI. Mostly because I generally dislike getting locked out of story content in a story-heavy game.

Though, the storyline appears to be far from complete thus far, so that might be something they'll add in the future.

What I'd really like are storyline quests that involve delving dungeons and fighting epic enemies. Rather than quests that are so easy a DoH or DoL can solo them.

Unfortunately the game is based on the premise that if someone wants to play DOH/DOL mainly/exclusively he still isn't locked out of the story.

I personally agree with that premise by the way. But don't worry, as you gain levels you'll see that the quest will gain much more epic proportions, if not in difficulty, at the very least in content. The latest story quest I played (rank 38) was REALLY epic, with the appearence of a old, big friend

More than anything else I would really, really, love a past cutscene viewer NPC. I don't mind waiting for it either so long as I know it's coming down the road.

Right now I've taken to recording the cutscenes just so I can re-watch them, and god forbid I botch a recording, there will be no way to view that cutscene again save leveling a brand new character. I've even created a few alts for the sole purpose of recording the other nation's cutscenes.
