I wish they would give more details on the ring, i.e. what it will be used for. Is it a reward for players transferring to 2.0? Is it an instance reward? Is it a quested item?

Just my understanding but: A name to be used to refer to your entry (which is neither exactly the actual ring name)

But there are already this line: "Ring name"

Not so much a reward, but an item equipped when we start 2.0 (much like receiving the onion helm for purchasing CE). However that was just an example, my question still stands ><
