You don't need to have fraps, or impressive gearsets to join (technically), it just has the potential to increase your odds of standing out over other applicants.

They wouldn't decline an applicant simply because he didn't list all of his gear or possess fraps, I'm assuming.

Is BG active during JP prime time - which is 9pm to 1am JST. Looking for an end game LS that fits in my time schedule.

Unfortunately, not many of us are going to share that schedule, but we do have a few early-morning EST/GMT players and some crazy PST night-owls. We don't run events during that block of time generally, though, unless it's a new content patch and we're pushing on day 1.

hey guys, what a great question to have right in your application. not that you would ever, nor have you ever had an extensive history of using third party apps that significantly effect gameplay and balance, and you would never be using a claim bot, mr argus, pos hack or on-event.
