Good call by SE. This will definitely lower the barrier to entry closer to impulse buy territory, especially with a free month of game time included.

not 100% sure but I thought DCUO took up 30 gigs? or maybe it was 15
Game retailers guess prices a lot I would take that with a grain of salt until there is an official announcement.

Well, going by this picture of the back of the box:

and DCUO's FAQ here (it's at the bottom):
http://www.dcuniverseonline.com/faq.vm
The PS3 version requires 16GB while the PC version requires 30GB. The full digital download of the PS3 version is probably also 30GB.
This is good news to everyone. If they create a good game then long term fees create more profit anyway. See XI for example the most profitable FF game ever made.
The date is December in 2013 that day is already fishy. The ps3 version is over a year away? I dont believe that.. Neither the price.

For a MMO a patch is mostly 200MB or more. The game get bigger and bigger with each main patch.

So i'll have to buy 2 new copies of FFXIV? One for PC and PS3? The current FFXIV i have now won't work? Figured they'll patch it or something >.>
