


I really imagine in that way, with creepy red sky full of lightnings and bolts around, random quakes, some monsters running in fear (like squirrels) and so on. And NPC talk like it's their last day.

I'm not an expert on physics, but if Dalamud was close enough to have that kind of effect on the sky, wouldn't gravity kill everyone before the actual crash?

Problem is...I guess we'll get a cutscene and that's it.
Us actually playing out the battle against the Garleans? The real (non instanced) Eorzea shaking and crumbling and meteorites falling from the skies? All the NPCs cowering in fear and talking about the end of the world?
Yeah that's not going to happen.
It would be way to expensive and time consuming, even more so for something being removed before 2.0 hits.
But I WANT to believe they'll do it that way, because it would be so unbelievably awesome..![]()
