Discontinued Content in FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn

Damn. There's no way I can finish all that before 2.0.

Most of it is kinda what i figured. Current camp/map stuff. Real glad i made a point to get all the aetherytes a while ago. ANd i'm nearly done with the 20 leves per camp.

Behests though.....thats gonna be a slog ><; I may give it a shot but i'm not holding alot of hope for that one. Thats ALOT of time spent just waiting for the resets.

So any chance we could request a quicker Behest reset to give some of us a chance to catch up? (worth a shot)

I'm curious, if those achievements will be out at 2.0, what will happen to titles from them? ie "Sword of..." Do those carry over to 2.0? Is the only way to get these titles by playing now?

My guess is that title will continue on. And if i wagered another guess the same may be available on whatever the "new" behests or similar thing is. To give the same or similar titles to folks 2.0 and on but we won't have to go after them again.

It would be a shame to lose all the titles we currently collected. Especialy Sword and Shield of... Really like those two titles. (the main reason i'm gonna try to do the behests.)

I'm a little confused.. Is it just the achievements that are being taken out and the content will be staying the same (ie. Primals/CC/AV?) OR will both be changed and or discarded? Would like a confirmation on this so I can know what to start spamming.. LOL :/

the more ir ead it, the more it sounds like its just the removal of all the achievemnts, and the content itself will still be there

because it refers to the "gobbue mount" as being content that will be removed, yet it only refers to the achievemnts in regards to everything else.

got a feeling, we will get new achievemnts as the fights are all probly altered based on the new mechanics in 2.0 and the old achievments will show we did it pre 2.0 and the new ones will show post 2.0 and so on

I'm mad with my self because, I said to do the behest just in case it was part of the achievements that were going to be gone in 2.0/A Realm Reborn. But I didn't.
There are 21 camps, I'll have to wait 30 mins before I can do another behest each time, 5 hours min for each camp to do 10 times in order to get each the achievement. I'll be spending 105 hours (4.375 days) total to get them done. T_T
Wish I did them first instead of wasting hours on hamlet trying to get seals...

Maybe try and grab the ones for your favorite city state? That would knock ya down to 1,458 days. If you did a single camp at a time.

Now if you burn down the anima tree and camp hop you could probably get it in 1/3rd of that. Depending on the timing.

Also note that for the leves, you get credit for being in a party (i.e. you get a party of 5 people, each picks up 4 leves and you go to the camp and do them all, you get 20 leves done)
